Charles E., IV, 66, of Little Falls, passed away to be with The Lord October 10, 2018. Caring sister of Karen Kopec. Born in Glen Ridge, Charles resided in Little Falls his entire life. He was an English Literature and Theatre Arts Teacher at Passaic Valley High School from 1983-2008. Charles was a member of the Teacher's Union and wrote for comic books for Jaguar and Marvel. Cremation was private to his family.

Mr. Ward was an amazing teacher and person. I had him for Senior English and he was just such a cool and funny guy. I was so sad to see that he had passed away. My heart goes out to his family.

Mr. Ward was my English teacher. He was super cool, intelligent, funny and just an amazing teacher. His teaching always kept me interested and I always looked forward to his class. I will always remember him. I'm so sad to see that he has passed. My deepest condolences.
