![]() On Monday, December 21, 2020, Beverly White Biscaha, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away at the age of 83 in Brick, NJ. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Biscaha- her children, Dan and wife Cindy, Bill and wife Patti, Greg and partner Greg (Rusty) Farmer; grandchildren- Danny and Joseph White, Anthony, Nicole, and Jimmy White; Joseph James and Julianne Biscaha. She was predeceased in death by her first husband, James White; her eldest son, James White, Jr.; and her brother Walter Olsen, Jr. Bev's family has been greatly blessed by her life and the loving example that she set for others. Bev was also cherished by her wide circle of friends, and she was very active in the communities in which she lived. Born in Brooklyn, NY to parents Dolores and Walter Olsen, she later moved to her childhood home on the Pompton river in Wayne, NJ, and was a graduate of Wayne Valley High School. She raised her family in Totowa, NJ and later lived in Lincoln Park, NJ. Continuing her life-long appreciation of nature, and especially the water, she retired with her husband Joe to her beloved Jersey shore and south Florida. In addition to raising her family, Bev worked for decades in various administrative management and human resources roles. Most notably, she worked for Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation and Union Precision Manufacturing. Bev was also known for her positive outlook, energy, and resilient spirit. She served as an inspiration to many, especially as she faced chronic pain and restricted mobility over the past several years. Throughout her life, Bev was passionate about community involvement and service, most recently with community arts organizations, coastal wildlife preservation groups, and with her church. Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Angels Church in Little Falls, NJ on Monday, December 28, 2020 at 10 AM. Bev holds a special place in my heart. Being my cousin, 16 years older than me, she babysat for me and was a positive influence for me growing up. I will always remember her smile and caring ways. We all lived in the same area of NJ. I have so many fond memories of family gatherings at the Mountain View house.
