She was my mom, and I miss her terribly. I want to have her still hear me, when I say "Hey mom," and she answers me in her sweet voice with "Hi, Jo!"

I loved your mother growing up with you all at Appleton Place. Your home was my second home 🏡 away from home in a lovely children filled neighborhood. I have many fond memories of being at your house doing gymnastics or watching that tv show called “Dark Shadows” - or reading comics on your front porch. Drawing with Jodi was also so much fun. Your Mom and Nana were always very kind to me. I loved her so.

We are all so shocked and devastated at the loss of my mom.... so sudden! Living in California, I called her every day and I can't tell you how many times I have reached for my phone to call her now. My mom was one of my best friends.... my mom was small in her little frame but larger than life in her love that she shared with everyone she met...She spread light wherever she went and people felt her love and kindness. She taught us to be loving and giving and I am grateful for that. She absolutely loved her children her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She adored and loved our Dad, Rob and had a zest for life! MOM, you are so missed that it hurts and my life is changed forever! You are now our angel!! RIP my little mommy!

So very sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. My husband Roy was reminiscing about old friends and Marilyn came up as she often did. He said she used to call him for his birthday which was August 22. The last time he saw her was in the early 70’s he believes. But he remembers her fondly for being a sweet girl and a very good friend. May she Rest In Peace and May you all find comfort in your many happy memories. Roy and Mona De Filippis
