I’ll miss talking with Dan as I walked my dog, Misty, past his house. He would call to her and she would pull me right over to him. So excited to see each other. Often I would see Donato pulling weeds with such determination. He would talk about Italy, his Marine service, his wife, his daughter, the Mets and what he wanted to fix on his house. A sweet guy, good memories.
