Carol was my dear and valued friend since the early 1980s. We met for lunch about once a month, first in the Ridgewood/Paramus area and then in West Caldwell. I loved and admired her for her plucky soul, her wisdom, and her humor. I will sorely miss her presence in my life. I feel a huge loss and my heart goes out to her family and to her many other friends.
