Barbara J. Simmons

Barbara J., 49, Of Lodi, passed away October 9, 2018. Devoted sister of Donald Simmons, Jr., and his wife, Brenda, Cynthia Simmons, and the late Beverly Simmons-Davis. Caring aunt of Ashley Fasano, Stacey Simmons, Brooke Simmons, Donald Simmons III, and Tyler Simmons. Loving partner of Bruce Corey. Barbara is predeceased by her parents, Donald, Sr. and Harriet Simmons. Born in Pequannock, Barbara lived in Wayne, before moving to Lodi, where she has resided for the past 4 years. Barbara worked as an Operator for ECI in Wayne for 5 years. Her family will receive their friends Saturday, October 13th from 1-4 pm, with a Service at 3 pm by Reverend Erik Solbwedel, at Gaita Memorial Home, 154 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Little Falls. Cremation will be private to family following visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Barbara's memorial would be greatly appreciated.
